Not the entry I wanted to post for today,
I wanted to post about my fun day today, but will leave that for tomorrow. Arrived home to news that simply saddens my heart and spirit.
Mt Rainier National Park Ranger Margaret Anderson, a mother of two and married to another park ranger, was shot and killed this morning after setting up a roadblock to stop a fleeing suspect.
My thoughts to her family, friends and to all who love and serve our great outdoors.
This was such a tragedy. Nice post, Marti.
